Our Team
Kevin Oakden
I grew up in the inner city, raised Mormon, and learned early that survival meant silence. Between the pressure to be perfect and the trauma I was carrying, I built walls. I became exactly who I thought I was supposed to be — disciplined, driven, and untouchable — but inside I was numb.
The Marines gave me structure and power — but also hardened everything that was already buried. It wasn’t until years later, during deep leadership and emotional intelligence work, that I realized I’d built a life that looked strong but felt hollow. I had learned how to lead others — but not myself.
Over the past Twelve years, I’ve dedicated myself to stripping away everything I was conditioned to believe about strength, masculinity, and success. I faced the pain I’d been avoiding — and found freedom in the honesty. That’s when I discovered that real power comes from presence, not performance.
Now, I help men do the same — to stop living by everyone else’s rules and start living by their own truth. My mission is simple: help men strip away the noise, meet themselves honestly, and rebuild from a place of raw authenticity.
I’m not here to motivate you. I’m here to remind you who the hell you are — before the world told you who to be.
